	Choose a certified, experienced inspector. Don't base your home inspection on price alone. It is the inspectors ability that counts. Relative to the value of your new home, the difference in price between home inspectors is negligible. Just like any other profession, the best inspectors usually charge more. A non-certified inspector is just "somebody else looking around
	Complete Home Inspection is locally owned and has been in operation since 2000. Jim Gooding is a certified Home Inspector, and has inspected over seventy-five homes in the Big Bend area. He has an extensive knowledge and practical experience from over twenty years in the home repair and maintenance business.
	Certified home inspectors conduct inspections under comprehensive national Standards of Practice and abide by a Code of Ethics. Twenty-four hours of continuing education are required for the inspector each year. Jim is also a certified mold inspector and is licensed in drinking water treatment.
