- Initial conference with the client.
- Physical inspection of the
property includes landscape factors, foundation, exterior, interior, roof, plumbing, electrical, venting, heating and air
conditioning.
- Same day results will be provided to the client following inspection. These results are not
analyzed but provide results for over 75 characteristics.
- Delivery of a written report within three business
days of the inspection which will include an analysis and interpretation of the findings.
- In addition, the
inspector can also recommend solutions for simple problems and refer clients to appropriate service contractors for major
problems.
